A Pridevember to Remember
Pridevember turns November in SA into a month-long celebration of diversity and inclusivity!
The rainbow coloured month of Pridevember encourages the entire community to participate in special events and we have just the event that you can come along to!!
Thank you to funding from Australian Communities Foundation, Foundation SA's Neighbourhood Grant, and support from headspace Port Lincoln, we are throwing a party - A Pridevember to Remember!
This event is free and for all ages. It is an opportunity to come have some fun, enjoy some rainbow treats and have a dance to the awesome tunes that DJ Wan & Only, Lowana Schmucker is going to crank!

Perinatal Mental Health Week
12 - 18th November is PANDA Week!
THE THEME FOR 2023 IS CONNECTION THROUGH CONVERSATION
Honest and compassionate conversations about perinatal mental health are life changing.
Whether you’re experiencing mental health challenges yourself, or if you’re concerned about a loved one, we know that reaching out and talking about the way you’re feeling can be really hard. It can feel tricky to find the right words. You might be worried about the way the person you’re talking to will react, and there’s a lot of fear around getting it wrong.
That’s why this Perinatal Mental Health Week, we want you to know that everyone needs help at some point in their lives, and everyone deserves compassion and support. Reaching out, truly listening and making a connection is more important than getting the words completely perfect.
Come join us at the Youth Hub for morning tea, cuppas, goody bags and conversations! We will also have Cecilia from Ceyre - Support for Families sharing some great information with us.
